Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Fragrance is classed as a hazardous material for air transport, and we would rather not ship internationally than do it non-compliantly.
Cost and speed
- Ground Advantage — $8, or free on orders over $95. Typically 3–5 working days.
- Priority Mail — $14. Typically 1–3 working days.
Estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee. The exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Processing
Orders are packed within one to two working days. Anything placed after 2pm on a Friday goes out the following Monday. You will get a tracking link by email when it ships, and it will appear under your orders.
If something goes wrong
Damaged in transit, or tracking that has not moved in seven days: contact us and we will replace the order or refund it. For damage, a photo helps us claim against the carrier.
We are not able to reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier, and we cannot take responsibility for an incorrect address supplied at checkout — though we will always try to help.
